This is a refreshing and tasy dip and a great alternative to guacamole. Very easy to make with just a few ingredients whizzed together in a food processor. Frozen peas are ideal for this dip if you don't have fresh.

Ingredients
- 225 grams Peas
- 175 grams Silken Tofu
- 25 grams Fresh Parsely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Cook the peas in boiling water for 4 minutes then refresh under cold water.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and whizz together until nearly smooth.
- Serve in a bowl with tortilla chips, pitta bread, crisps or crudities to dip.
