This is a totally decadent breakfast that tastes more like dessert! Well worth spending a few minutes the night before to mix up and pop in the fridge. A great option for breakfast on the go. Packed full of ingredients that release energy slowly to keep you feeling full till lunch. Frozen cherries can be a far cheaper alternative to fresh and the good thing is you can just take out what you need. This recipe uses chocolate flavoured soya milk, but you could use plain soya milk and add a couple of teaspoons of cocoa powder for the same effect.
